-How long does a customer have to return an item?
- All deposits are non-refundable due to customization on items. Items will be photographed and sent to you to review before it has been mailed out. If there is a problem it must be addressed with in 5 business days in order to problem to be rectified. After that time frame it is deemed in great condition and problem to be addressed.
- Glitters, molds and other items are non-refundable so please read the descriptions very carefully.
-What is the procedure for a return or exchange? How do customers contact you, and how long will the process take?
- Once an issue has been addressed it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the item within 5 business days to the address on the return slip. If the issue is due to shipping or deliver by third-party then a claim will be filed by TbyL and return will be paid and a return label will be emailed to you.
-Are there any items that are not returnable, such as sale items, or items that have been opened or used.
- All customized/personalized items are non-refundable.
-In regards to Buy-Ins; it may take between 30-45 days before my business may receive merchandise. Once you process a buy-in order it is not refundable being that a certain MOQ must be met in order to process order.
I strive to provide excellent customer service and in doing so I offer a 5 day exchange; once item has been received. After that time I will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Currently there is a 3 week turnaround. If previous orders are completed earlier; then I may be able to get your order to you sooner. I do have a “RUSH” order option which is an additional $20 fee.
All customized items are non-refundable!
